Welcome to Our Services section where you can learn more about how Progress can work with local authorities and fellow providers in order to offer an effective child-centred service for looked after children.

Progress’ ambition is to offer a holistic package of care, encompassing a secure and nurturing environment for vulnerable young people to achieve a solid foundation to develop into adulthood. As part of the Every Child Matters agenda, we are actively investing in promoting both education and health resources in order to encourage healthy living and improved outcomes for looked after children.

Our drive to improve services further emphasises the need for integrated and improved working relationships between professionals.

Progress Children's Services has been continuously successful in establishing and maintaining relationships with fellow providers, whether from local authority, private sector, health or education teams. It is this collaborative approach that has contributed to the minimal placement breakdowns that we have experienced since 2000.

Our subsequent success means that Progress Children's Services now offers greater national coverage providing cost effective fostering placements from our offices in Birmingham, Milton Keynes and Wolverhampton.

Furthermore, our specialist residential homes offer first rate provision for children & young people with learning and physical disabilities, where we have been successfully meeting the individual needs of children from the Midlands and surrounding regions.

Our continuous investment is epitomised in our forthcoming Outdoor & Education Centre. This exciting project has allowed Progress to collaborate with local authorities; parents; carers; and fellow professionals to establish the foundation for a valuable resource for all looked after young people to enjoy and achieve.
