Our Residential Support Teams

Progress recognises that the role of the residential staff is crucial for the child being looked after to achieve positive experiences. Each home has a qualified and experienced registered manager with a dedicated and skilled team.

We are committed in our efforts to enhance the quality of care that our children and young people receive. Our staff is expected to adhere to a minimum of NVQ III, and access training in order to further their development. We provide further training for staff where a child or young person has specific needs.

Regular supervision, and career development support is key for the well being of the staff and their contribution to supporting the children being looked after.
